How to use AI for job interviews
Recently, I was interviewing for a new role at my company, and in this new role, I would be doing what is called a “ladder transfer”. So I would be leaving the current job category I am in (think MOS for you military types) and moving to a new job category. However, it has been a while since I have done an interview like this before, so I thought it best to brush up on my interview skills and review frameworks for this sort of interview. I didnt feel like getting on youtube or searching on the internet for example case studies, so I decided to try a different technique.
