Happy Weekend Weekly Sitreps Readers!
I finally finished the Fallout Series and WOW, did Amazon really knock it out of the park. It was gripping, immersive and stayed close to the source material in the games. My wife was even engaged by it and watched every episode with me. I could tell she was somewhat annoyed that she liked it so much. It was a fun ride from start to finish. I also found it interesting how much closer it was to the source material and feel of the games as opposed to the Halo series, which essentially was set in an alternate “silver” universe. Lessons to be learned here, respect the fanbase and their devotion to the games. My only criticism is that I wish they would have done a better job at representing the New California Republic and its role as a post nuclear war government.

I get this question all the time from followers. Mostly in the context of “you say that consulting sucks, yet you did it and are doing well, so what is the payoff for doing consulting?”
For those that have been with the page for a while, the original origin of the Sitreps2Steercos page was following my travels as a management consultant at PwC. During my time at PwC I worked in what was called the “Delivering Deal Value '' team which broadly focused on providing consulting support for strategic Merger and Acquisitions events for corporates and private equity companies.
